AI Work Redesign Framework

A consulting prototype engagement exploring how organisations should approach AI adoption. It pairs a framework with a working product prototype so the argument can be experienced rather than presented in slides.

Most enterprise AI programmes start with tooling and end with disappointment. Meetings get summarised, documents get drafted, and the underlying operating model — unclear decision rights, redundant coordination, goals nobody can trace — stays exactly as broken as it was, only faster. Buyers could not see the difference between this framework and a generic meeting assistant.

Make the thesis walkable. Three role-based journeys — executive sponsor, manager, and HR/people administration — were designed as guided paths through the product, each ending at the payoff that role cares about: measurable impact for executives, workload clarity for managers, governance and trust for HR. Every module was rewritten to state its purpose in one sentence tied back to the core thesis.

A prototype with role-aware navigation, capability-gated modules covering goals, classification, calendar, recommendations, governance, and impact, and a guided walkthrough that takes a first-time viewer from landing page to the governance payoff in about five minutes.
